The day in three transitions

The status badge and the primary action button in the competition header drive the whole day.

1. Created → Registration. Click Start Presentation when doors open. This unlocks the check-in screen.
2. Registration → In Progress. End the presentation once everyone is checked in. Judging can begin.
3. In Progress → Voting Finished → Finished. Happens as voting completes and you lock the final results. See Results & exports.

Each transition is one click on the header button. The timeline on the overview pane tracks where you are.

Check-in

Start Presentation opens the check-in table, the working screen for the registration desk. Admin Workers see the same screen. The counters show total competitors, present, absent, and percent done. Every registered competitor is a row with measurements and fee total.

As athletes arrive:

1. Tap a height or weight cell to correct it inline. Measurements are confirmed at check-in.
2. Tap the check in the Check-in column to mark the competitor present. Present athletes receive their starting number, the number judges see on stage.
3. The pencil opens the full competitor detail for bigger corrections. Add Competitor handles walk-up registrations. Both are shown step by step in The registration desk.

Checked-in competitors turn green and show their starting number on the left. The header counts up (Presented: 4/16) until everyone who showed up is in.

Handing over to the stage

When check-in is done, click End Presentation. The competition moves to In Progress and the stage takes over: the Commissar starts each category in running order, judges vote on their phones, the Moderator announces. Your admin view stays live; the overview and results panes update as categories finish.
